Description

Orange Rili Shrimp is a freshwater aquarium shrimp with a clear body and bright orange markings on its head and tail. It is active and spends most of its time grazing on algae, biofilm, and tank surfaces. This live shrimp for sale is peaceful and coexists well with other gentle species. Its unique color pattern and constant movement make it enjoyable to watch.

Acclimation

When your fish, snails, or shrimp arrive by mail, open the box right away and turn the lights off to reduce stress. Float the sealed bag in your aquarium or quarantine tank for about 15–20 minutes so the water temperature slowly matches. Then open the bag and add a small amount of tank water every 5 minutes for another 15–20 minutes to help them adjust to water chemistry. Once acclimated, gently net or scoop them into the tank and discard the shipping water. Keep lights low and avoid feeding for the first 12–24 hours so they can settle in calmly.
